Our Las Vegas production is searching to find someone to join our dynamic, creative, high-energy workplace as Production Manager. This position ensures that Blue Man Group values and artistic vision are understood and supported across the organization. In addition, this position is responsible for supervising all production and crew operations and staff, overseeing all production elements that support the show, managing a multi-million dollar budget, overseeing the production and technical needs for off-site performances, and facilitating communication among all designers, hotel property directors, facility departments, and vendors. The Production Manager is the safety leader for the production and ensures that a safe work environment is maintained at all times.


Successful candidates will demonstrate outstanding leadership skills, possess superb verbal and written communication ability, and forge positive relationships with internal and external partners. S/he will be professional, fun, and a pro-active problem solver who is able to inspire staff, foster employee development, and build successful teams, all while multi-tasking within a busy work environment.


Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in Theatrical Production Management. This experience should include leading a team to create a positive, energetic, professional work environment, Production Management experience in mounting theatrical productions, and experience in creating and overseeing budgets for large-scale productions. Candidates must also have 3 years of experience managing Union crews and negotiating Union contracts.


This is a full-time, salary position with a full benefits package, typically scheduled as a five-day work week although scheduling may require flexibility.  This position works varying days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.  This role reports to the Resident General Manager, Blue Man Vegas.
